Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size, color, or item selection

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
If approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Offer store credit

Refunds will not be issued.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Chargebacks & Disputes
